Export-Only Notice & Limitation of Liability

1. Export-Only Products

All products listed and sold on snackhub.site are offered strictly for export purposes and are not intended for retail sale, distribution, or consumption within the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the goods are being purchased for export to a destination outside the UAE, and that the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations of the destination country, including any product registration, labeling, or age-restriction requirements that apply there.

2. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer (and any reseller or distributor purchasing from us) is solely responsible for:

• Verifying that the products may be legally imported, sold, and consumed in the destination country
• Obtaining any permits, licenses, or approvals required for import or resale
• Complying with local labeling, health warning, and age-restriction laws in the destination market

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snack Hub shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, claim, or regulatory issue arising from:

• Resale or distribution of our products within the UAE in breach of this export-only notice
• Non-compliance with import or consumer protection laws in the buyer's destination country
• Misuse, improper storage, or handling of products after delivery to the buyer

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory UAE law (for example, liability arising from our own negligence in the manufacturing or handling of a defective product prior to shipment).

4. No Warranty for Local Sale

Because our products are not registered or approved for retail sale within the UAE, we make no representation or warranty regarding their compliance with UAE domestic food, beverage, or labeling regulations. Any party purchasing for resale inside the UAE does so outside the scope of our intended use and at their own risk.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
